David Delaney

Partner

David Delaney is the President of Concord Investment Partners, a privately held firm that he founded in 2017. Concord is an investment company which makes control investments in mid-market corporations and passive investments in liquid public securities. Before establishing Concord Investment Partners, David worked for a real estate investment corporation where he was responsible for deploying equity and debt investments. Prior to this, he worked at a Toronto based real estate developer, where he focused on the rezoning, sales and construction of residential condominiums in the Greater Toronto Area.

David is a CFA Charterholder and has a Master’s of Architecture degree from the University of Toronto. He has a Bachelor of History degree from Acadia University. He is a director of Canada’s National Ballet School.
